"We just wanted to send off a quick note to let you know that my 60 th birthday party that you folks at the Ocean Side Grille set up went off perfectly. The food was fantastic (the Roast beef station, the haddock and the broccoli bites) were a real hit with everyone. "Just wanted to let you know that you and your staff put together a fantastic party Saturday night!
I was very surprised and somewhat overwhelmed.
The food was excellent! In all honesty, that hasn't always been the case at the Brunswick over the years. However, the chicken was done nicely, the rice super, the veggies were fresh, fruits were great! Several teacher friends commented this morning how good the food was! Congratulations to the kitchen staff , please let them know and thank them for us!
The drinks were also well done, service was even better, there were a lot of people there and rarely did anyone have to wait for service!
The Sofa Kings were also hospitable and helped make the atmosphere even more festive. As you know, there was a wide array of age groups at the party, young and ancient ( I guess I am crossing the line into the ancient category ) alike commented on how much of a good time they had. My seventy plus year old aunt told me last night she had a super time, so did my mother. Philippe's and Danielle's friends also told me they had a great time ! Nice Work...
I could not have asked for a better time...I am very fortunate to have so many people take time from their lives to help us celebrate and to have a family that would organize a surprise party like that. I am very grateful.
Lena, I will recommend your service anytime. You and your staff were the best. Thank you very much, I will remember most parts of the evening for a long time and the other parts I don't remember, I'll refer to photos !

"My wife, Patty, wanted a wedding near the ocean.
We took a ride along the coast in Feb. 2003, and as we drove down through OOB, I spotted The Brunswick. I remembered that place from my younger, hoop-it-up days. Yes, in Feb it was open! The bar and fine dinners.
We walked in and was greeted by one of the owners. We explained what we were looking for and the approx dates. Well, we sat down over coffee and started the plans for a teriffic wedding. The minute we walked in and saw all of the knotty pine wood and the large window wall on the oceanside, we fell in love with our wedding destination. This had to be it.
Over the course of the spring and summer, we finalized all plans. Everything was coming together beautifully. All of the staff made us feel so welcomed and at ease with all the plans. The ceremony was held right there in a smaller dining room, transformed into a beautiful chapel with the window walls on the ocean. This was more gorgeous than we could have ever asked for.
The food put on by Don, was out of this world. everything was just spectacular. The staff at The Brunswick definitely made this special day for us. One to remember for the rest of our lives. It was really nice to mix and mingle with all the patio crowd. They were welcomed in and we were always out there. The band that day just happened to be our best friends. All in all, definitely the greatest day of my life. Next to meeting my wife, Patty... thank you, The Brunswick, for a very professional job with that added touch of kindness, caring, and class."
